Costumes

We are fully immersed in our simulation about early Native Americans from the Columbia River Gorge. Each student has a unique and vital role in the storyline. In order to truly embody their character, I have asked students to bring in one or two items that they can put on to represent their role and position in the simulation.

We brainstormed several ideas at school:
Grass Skirts
Moccasins
Decorated Headband, Wristbands
Hairpieces
Beaded Bracelets, Necklaces, Jewelery
Animal skins
Baskets
Purses

Costumes should be brought to school by Monday, October 6, 2008.
