Maryhill
Our trip to Maryhill, Columbia Hills Park and the Eagle Creek Fishery was amazing! On the long ride, the kids heard the Native American stories of the Gorge...they collected the myths along the way and on the return. At Maryhill, they were dazzled by beautiful Native American Artifacts. At Columbia Hills, they learned about "She Who Watches" and saw some incredible petroglyphs. At the Eagle Creek Fishery, the students saw the end of the Fall Salmon Run. Salmon were everywhere! They leaped from the water here and there...it was difficult to keep track! Thank you Reina's mom for helping to chaperone this event!
