Introduction to Poetry

As an introduction to poetry this past week, we looked at the Nancy Atwell poem "Where Poetry Hides". She encouraged us to find poetry in all of the nooks and crannies of our lives, in our collections of things, in our favorite memories, in simple things around our homes. We wrote our own version below.
