Field Trip

Yes! It's true! We are going on a field trip tomorrow, Thursday, April 29th. Our trip is a service learning trip to the area of Guy Talbot State Park. Students will be pulling the invasive Garlic Mustard plant. This plant takes over an area and prevents other plants from growing. In the entire state of Oregon, East Multnomah County has the largest issue with this plant. Your child will bring home information on how you can prevent this plant from taking over your property.
